I recently stayed at this rental house in Sofia, and I couldn’t have been happier with my experience! The property was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to public transport, shops, and key attractions, yet quiet and peaceful. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in smooth and providing great local recommendations. The house itself had modern amenities, comfortable beds, and a cozy atmosphere that made it feel like a home away from home. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting Sofia, whether for a short trip or a longer stay. Great value, fantastic hospitality, and a wonderful overall experience. Grande terrasse bénéficiant d’une vue panoramique sur la ville ! Le lit de la première chambre en entrant avaient des lames de sommier cassées qui le rendait très inconfortable… dommage !

We had an amazing stay in Ivan’s place. The flat is very well decorated and it had everything we needed. The location is great too! The communication was excellent. We had to extend our stay by a night unexpectedly and the agency that manages the place was so helpful and understanding. Would definitely recommend!

If you are looking for minimalistic spacious apartment close to the city center - this would be place. The apartment is located close to old Sofia’s location. Walk to the center area is full of small local stores full of charm. Also to se grandpas playing chess in the streets is something else! :)
